SAMPLE LEASE AGREEMENT (DRAFT)

This agreement is made on this _____ day of ____________ 20___ between Wealthplus Investment Pvt Ltd (hereinafter called "the Lessor") and the applicant (hereinafter called "the Lessee").

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Ownership: The vehicle/machinery remains the absolute property of the Lessor during the lease tenure.
2. Repayment: The Lessee shall pay monthly instalments of LKR __________ on or before the _____ of each calendar month.
3. Default: In the event of default on two consecutive monthly payments, the Lessor reserves the right to repossess the leased asset without prior notice.
4. Maintenance & Insurance: The Lessee is responsible for comprehensive insurance and maintenance of the leased asset.
